After many years working in the industry, using countless design & build methodologies, which all had issues. I decided it was time to produce my own, the main focus of the methodology is communication, stakeholder management and team happiness. These all seem very simple methodologies to add to any company management structure, there not and probably the most difficult. I’ve implemented Cheetah at large and small organisations, the success can be seem in team happiness, new communication lines, halved project lead times and increased ROI.
